I am a personal Wellness coach and I teach people how to loose weight the right way and get the results you want. I only charge $12.95 for my services, but that includes ALL of my services plus samples to help jump start your diet. There will be no other fees included.

We would start by doing a FREE Wellness Evaluation. This is an incredible tool. Now if you went to a nutritionist or a health center, they could charge you $50 - $100 for an evaluation this is included in the $12.95.

Then I work with you until you loose ALL of the weight you want to take off. Teaching things like how much protein you need daily along with how to read nutrition labels.
