The complex The complex consists of six buildings (A, B, C, D, E and F) and is situated in sq. 287, in the town of Bankso. The buildings consist of apartments, studios and abundant public utility premises, and can function as an apartment complex, complying with the requirements for ¡°Three stars¡± category for mountain hotels. The high-quality level of service demands also more richly developed common areas, as opposed to standard residential buildings. The public premises ¨C lobbies, reception, corridors, staircases, lifts, chambermaids¡¯ office and commercial areas also meet the requirements of ¡°Three stars¡±. In addition to that, the complex provides covered and open parking lots, a restaurant, a beer hall, a caf¨¦, a lobby bar, shops, a ski wardrobe, a poly-functional conference hall with 50 persons capacity, children¡¯s nursery, a hall for quiet games, as well as a richly equipped SPA centre, consisting of a reception, a medical cabinet, a fitness-bar, dressing rooms, a hairdresser¡¯s shop with cosmetics and manicure, halls for solarium, massages and water procedures, cabins for steam bath, sauna, tepidarium and an ice cabin, fitness and relax hall, as well as two squash play halls. The maintenance The complex¡¯ maintenance will be provided by a specialized company, which will have won a contest, organized by ther conetructor, based on a contract, signed with the new owners of the building, while the price will be the standard price for the Bulgarian market as of the moment of completion of the building and assuming of the maintenance. Upon owners¡¯ demand, it is possible to provide also management (renting) of their apartment.
