4. Dealing with the move in of the tenant (including signing contracts, entry/ exit inventory)
5. Making sure that the tenancy is registered with DEWA, EMPOWER, RERA etc
6. Quarterly Inspections of the property.
7. General Maintenance Requests and All Day Call Assistance for the tenant (instead of them calling you for small issues)
8. Ensure Rental Payments are made on time and can be transferred to any bank account in the world (subject to bank clearance) and follow up on unpaid rent and take appropriate action to recover rent.
