building is brand new and very very nice. You get your own bedroom and bathroom. Laundry is located right in the apartment along with a full kitchen and living room for everyone to share. A pool, fitness facilities, and movie theatre are available to use. The rent is $575 but I am willing to only charge $475 because I need to sublease this place.
