We live in a large pleasant Victorian house on a quiet tree-lined street in Washington Sq, a wonderful safe Brookline neighborhood. We rent a number of completely furnished one-person rooms, often to tenants from other countries, typically staying anywhere from 1 month to a year or more. We are a 10 minute bus ride away from the Longwood Medical Area, and near T stops for the C line (to downtown Boston and MGH, NEMC & BUMC/BUSPH), the D line (also to Longwood) and the B line (to BU & BC). $50 summer/winter utility surcharge.
