I am a quiet woman who is married & living together with my husband. Our home is located in a natural setting on the water yet only 5 minutes from area shopping. The room is approximately 200 square feet. You would have use of the kitchen, laundry and bathroom and a separate area that has a tub/shower combination. The room is furnished and has a flat screen HD tv. There is hi-speed internet and we would share the cost. All other utilities are included in the rent. In addition there is a treadmill on the premises.Id prefer to rent to a single woman between the ages of 30-50 years of age. We are both non-drinkers and would prefer the same. You must have your own vehicle and be working.
