I have available room for rent in East of Franklin, TN near Centennial High School, I only need two renters in this house. Currently only one room is now available. Bathroom will be shared. I am respectable, easy going, responsible, non-smoker non-drinker. Rooms for rent is on the second floor/very spacious area. You can use the bonus room for entertainment/reading magazines. Eating place is on the first floor.
