We Buy Mortgage Notes & More

Our underwriters are seeking to fund the following:
1. Portfolios of performing, 1st position only, owner occupied, SFR between 1-5M.

2. Performing, 1st position, owner occupied commercial notes between 40K -2M,
can underwrite multiple notes in that range at same time.

3. Performing 1st position, owner occupied SFR between 30K -1M,
can underwrite multiple notes at same time.

4. M\H with land only, 1st position, owner occupied.
Will consider a large package of MH notes within a park setting if seller will package with reasonable expectations.

We are seeking to develop long-term working relationships with note sellers, note brokers, and home and business owners who are seeking to sell their notes. We will pay any note broker a mutually agreed upon commission when we close any deal that is brought to us.
