Only a 15 minute walk to the trax stop on 9th east. You can be on the U of U campus or Westminster campus in 10 minutes. Amenities include a balcony furnished with seating and a bbq, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer unit included, some storage available. Fully furnished living room (couch, tv, etc) and kitchen has all the basics as well. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. This is a no smoking facility. Utilities are split three ways (gas is usually around $5-10/month and electricity around $15-20. That is for the whole house so your portion is 1/3 of that) You would also split the cost of internet.
