The base is either porcelain or milk glass, with hand painted flowers. The top is the lantern style. It is absolutely lovely, no damage. Delicate, I would prefer pickup in Montreal.
The base and the lantern light up using 2 chandelier style lightbulbs. Excellent item. I can email you pictures.
