Item is in perfect condition. I can ship, will not cost much. The shell is an amber color glass, and the turtle looks like antique brass. It is not a Tiffany, but, when visiting Chicago last year I saw one exactly like it in a boutique that was selling for 200.00$. There's was a tiffany I believe. But, if no one knows it can pass for a Tiffany. The amber glass looks beautiful when a small chandelier bulb is placed and is lit.
