Rare Accutron for the Watch Collector
** RARE ACCUTRON ASYMMETRICAL ‘D’ WATCH **
This is perhaps the rarest of the Accutron tuning fork watches. Very unique and unusual asymmetrical style stainless steel case with original matching stainless steel band. Buckle has the large style Accutron logo. Case and band are in excellent condition. Excellent original dark graphite color dial with both day and date window at 3 o'clock. Dial has very fine red lines for trim. (chrome window around day date does not show up well due to reflections even though it is complete and shinny - it is a difficult watch to photograph). Signed Accutron tuning fork movement (Cal 2181). Signed crown at 4 o'clock. Date code is N1 for 1971. Watch runs great and a new battery was just installed.
