Why
did my listing and ad disappear from Kingdom Classifieds?
There are a few possible reasons for the
removal of an advertisement at Kingdom Classifieds. If your ad has
expired, you will receive email confirmation to that effect. Also,
an ad may be removed if it violates our porting guidelines. Refer
to our Terms of
Service for more info. If brief, it states that ads pertaining
to illegal (U.S. Law) and/or pornographic material are not allowed
at Kingdom Classifieds. If your ad falls into either of these
classifications, they will be removed. Duplicate ads will
automatically be deleted by our program. We also reserve the right
to remove any ad for any reason.
My
advertisement is double-posted. What do I do?
If you discover that your ad is
double-posted (i.e. listed twice and/or having two full-page ads)
at Kingdom Classifieds, simply log into your account and delete one of them.

Do
I have to have an account to place an ad at Kingdom Classifieds?
YES. The main reason for requiring the
account is for your security and convenience. Instead of providing
various information every time, you can simply enter your username
and password each time you place a new ad. Furthermore, having the
account system allows easier access to your ads, and you can edit,
submit, or delete ads with less hassle. It also helps us, in the
case that you have paid ad plans, to properly credit your account
for payments.
How do I view my
account information?
To view your account information, enter your
username and password in the "Account Login" section of
the main page, or click "Account"
located at the top of most other pages and do the same. Once
within your account page, there will be a list of all the ads that
you have on Kingdom Classifieds. You will have the option to edit,
promote, or delete your ad(s).
Why does my browser complain that
the "Page has Expired"?
When using the Account feature at Kingdom Classifieds, you should navigate with links and buttons within the
webpage rather than your browser's "Back" button. If you do use
the "Back" button, you can retrieve the previous page by using
your browser's "Refresh" or "Reload" button.
I
made a mistake on my posting. How do I correct it?
Correcting or updating your ad at Kingdom Classifieds is as simple as 1, 2, 3.... and, unlike other
classified services, editing of ads is FREE. First, enter your
account by clicking on the "Account"
link that you see at any of our web pages. Once in your account,
click on the "Edit" link of the ad you wish to modify.
Edit ad as necessary.
How
do I change the password for my account?
Changing your password is easy. Simply
go to your account page and click on the "Edit Info" link.
Do
I have to "logout" or "log-off" from my
account after logging in?
You do NOT have to "logout" or
"log-off" from your account. You can go to any other
webpage at anytime after you've logged on to your account. If you
are using a computer that numerous users have access to (i.e. at
school, work, cyber cafés, etc.), we STRONGLY SUGGEST that you set
your browser's "cache" to zero so that none of your
personal information will be stored on the computer that you are
using.
How
do I delete my ad?
Simply go to your account page (http://interking.com/main/post.html),
click on the "Delete Ad" link, next to the ad you want
to cancel.
No refund or credit is provided for a paid
ad that is deleted before it's expiration.
Power Submission:
How
do I submit my ad to other search engines/directories/classifieds
sites?
You can submit any of your ads to the search
engines, directories, and classifieds sites that are available at
the time you decide to promote your ad. You can either submit your
ad right after you place the ad, or anytime thereafter, in either
case by going into your account. Once in your
account, click on the "Promote" link that corresponds to
the ad you wish to promote. If this is your first time promoting
your ads, you will be asked to confirm your email address. This
procedure only has to be done once. Select the search
engines/directories/classifieds sites you wish to be listed in,
and click the "Promote Ad!" button.
PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR AD USING THE PROMOTION
TOOL ONLY ONCE. Your ad will be catalogued by the external
site/search engine indefinitely. There is no need to repeat this
"Power Submission" process for the same ad. Remember
that it may take a few weeks for your ad to be included in some of
the search engines. This does not mean that your ad hasn't been
submitted to that site. Your submission will be valid as long as
you have the ad with Kingdom Classifieds.
Once you are in the "Power
Submission" page, there will be a "Promote Ad!"
button. Click on this button once and ONLY ONCE
to have your full-page ad submitted to various external sites.
This process may take as long as 5 minutes. Please be patient and
wait for a response or go for a coffee break!
How
long does it take for my ad to appear on the search
engines/directories
Some of the Web sites post your ad within a
few days, without anyone checking it at all. Note, however, that
your ad may not appear instantly on all the web sites. Some
popular sites such as Yahoo and the other major search
engines review each
submission individually and can take weeks to put up your Ad.
Some of these web sites may not accept your ad for listing in
their directory at all.
Due to the fact that we
allow ad submissions to places operated by organizations we have
no control over, we can take no responsibility for the operability
of any of the sites that your ad is posted to. Furthermore,
Kingdom Classifieds cannot guarantee that your ad will appear in
the exact form that you submitted for our site, since various
search engines/directories/classifieds have differing limits on
the amount of text, graphics, etc...
How
will I know that my ad has been submitted to the other web sites?
After you click on the "Promote
Ad!" button from the Power Submissions page, you will receive
a list of sites to which your ad was successfully submitted. Some
of the web sites have a policy of confirming that your ad was
placed on their site. Consequently, you may receive additional
e-mail from them.
