SPECIALS:
Nov 2003 $1300/month.
Dec 2003 $2000/month.
April 2004 $2000/month.
Other Rates:
May - Aug $1800mo.
Sept - Dec $1400mo.
Dec- April $2500mo.
Any 2 continuous months or more April-Dec, rate can be reduced!! Ask. Holidays may be slightly higher. Please inquire. Will also rent long term leases (6months+). Call for special long term rates which are substantially lower!--Click on my availability calendar on the web site to see what is available. LET'S TALK!! $75 cleaning fee, $300 Refundable Security Deposit required to confirm dates. 11% tax will be added to rent. Sorry no pets. Smoking outdoors only please.
