New year's eve and Carnival: 7 days package: U$S 850, 00.

* 50 % deposit is needed for reservation (Money Gram or Wester Union).
* When you sign the rental contract a 150 U$S deposit is needed for the furniture and other belongings in the apartment.(This money will be returned when you leave the apartment subject to deductions in case of damages).

This wonderful apartment is situated just in the heart of Copacabana, on the main street of Copacabana, close to the geatest stores, supermarkets and also next to the City Bank, where you can use the cash machine.
It is only 2 blocks to the famous Copacabana beach.
Activities:
Cellular telephone rental available starting at U$S 4 a day (non calls included, you can receive all calls by non adittional charge, but if you need to place calls you will need to purchase a telephone card at any newspaper stands).
Weekly tours to the see brasilian soccer plays in the famous MARACANÃ STADIUM at additional U$S 20 each time.
INFORMATIN OF COPACABANA:
Copacabana and Leme share the same horseshoe-shaped beach that you see so often in the postcards. This is where Rio's New Year's festivities happen, attracting over 2 million people from all around the world.
These two areas share many features. The beach is gorgeous with a colorful combination of people, wide banks of white sand. You are in the heart of the South Side, with quick access to other beaches areas like Arpoador, Ipanema, and Leblon. The historical and cultural attractions from Botafogo to Downtown can be reached in minutes by subway.
All conveniences are in a walking distance. This area concentrates movie theaters, theaters, restaurants, bars and cafes. Newsstands, drugstores and supermarkets stay open around the clock. The main street, Av. Copacabana, is an open mall like Rua Visconde de Pirajá, in Ipanema. It is lined up with boutiques, and specialty stores selling everything from bikinis to gems and souvenirs. The area around Rua Santa Clara concentrates outlets and discount clothing shops.
Nightlife caters to all tastes and lifestyles. Beach kiosks are often open around the clock. The cafes across the street also remain open until very late - Copacabana never sleeps. There are dance clubs, live music shows, always a lot of people coming and going.
